Afro Beach Festival is a 5-day celebration of African music, culture, and lifestyle, held at Laboma Beach, Ghana. The event features live performances from top African and international artists, cultural exhibitions, art installations, and more, while also promoting tourism and raising awareness about environmental sustainability.
The Afro Beach Festival will take place in December 2024 at Laboma Beach Resort, Accra, Ghana. From December 27th to 1st of January 2025
Tickets can be purchased online through our official website at the BOOK TICKETS link or at selected ticket outlets across Accra. Early bird tickets will be available, so be sure to follow our social media channels for updates.
- Day 1: Grand Opening/Durbar at the Main Park
The festival kicks off with a grand durbar featuring chief processions, speeches from ministers and tourism leaders, a funfair, and more.
- Day 2: Afrobeat Concert
A night dedicated to celebrating Afrobeat music with performances by artists from Ghana and across the globe. Get ready for an electrifying evening.
- Day 3: DJ’s Night/Carnival
Experience a vibrant celebration of top DJs from Ghana and around the world, along with lively carnival processions.
- Day 4: Traditional Music Night/Food Exposition
Enjoy authentic African traditional music while exploring a rich display of Ghanaian traditional foods from all regions of the country.
- Day 5: Reggae Dancehall Night
Close the festival with a high-energy celebration of reggae and dancehall music, marking the climax of the five-day event.
Yes, Afro Beach Festival welcomes attendees of all ages. While some activities are designed for adults, there will be family-friendly zones and activities suitable for all ages throughout the event.
The festival is designed for individuals aged 18-60 who have an interest in African culture, music, arts, and tourism. We expect to attract attendees from around the world, especially the African diaspora.
We are committed to raising awareness about climate change, especially its impact on coastal regions. Through collaborations with environmental organizations, we aim to educate festival-goers about sustainability practices and encourage eco-friendly behavior during the event.

Yes, the safety and security of our attendees are our top priority. We will have security personnel stationed throughout the venue, along with medical teams to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the festival grounds. However, there will be plenty of food and beverage vendors offering a variety of options, including local and international cuisines.
